Make THANKS a part of every day.

T — Think about what you’re THANKFUL for. Meditate on those good things in your life. 

H — Hang around people who LOVE you (and want the best for you). 

A — Appreciate the small BLESSINGS not just big wins. 

N — Notice negativity when it creeps in and pivot to the POSITIVE.

K — Keep a Gratitude Journal. Capture those HAPPY thoughts so you can easily revisit them.

S — Smile more. Smiling  not only improves your looks. It also BENEFITS your mental and physical health by releasing endorphins, dopamine, and serotonin.   

If you make THANKS a part of your day, you’ll find yourself enjoying the day more often.
