While hurt people revel in hurting people I believe in healing people and keeping them well. And what brings healing like laughter? Enjoy!
In the famed words of Charles Dickens’ Ebenezer Scrooge, “It is a fair, even-handed, noble adjustment of things, that while there is infection in disease and sorrow, there is nothing in the world so irresistibly contagious as laughter and good humor.”
I hope to spread laughter here in a new installment (est. 4.16.20) of things that crack me up called, THE FUNNIES. Here is a spoonful of sugar for whatever ails you. And MANY THANKS to everyone who reads and responds. XO
🌸 STAY HAPPY! STAY SAFE😷. BE BLESSED ❤️
THIS FRIDAY’S “FUNNIES” IS DEDICATED TO
Wellness was at the top of my list this week as I suffered through more doctor’s appointments and surgical procedures on my legs. As a result, I moaned a little, squeezed the stress ball a lot, screamed aloud, and even shed a few tears. When it was over, I felt like this…
Eventually, I got out of my feelings, though, and remembered I was supposed to be a good soldier. But it took a minute.
Now I can laugh at myself. Maybe you should take a moment to laugh too.
Ladies, have you ever had this experience?
Motherhood is real.
Moms probably use doctors to get out of the house as much as they use them to change their looks. (Here’s a Christmas gift idea.)
Dads use doctors to stop procreation. Yikes!
Sometimes children lead sick parents to the courts for a solution.
Well, we cannot out-give God. LOL. And we will never outsmart the Omniscient One.
The disciples had it easy in a sense.
While walking with Jesus they could not give in to illness or even pretend to be sick.

So neither should we. Let’s fight until we win, allowing laughter to help us heal.
