While hurt people revel in hurting people I believe in healing people and keeping them well. And what brings healing like laughter? Enjoy!
I hope to spread laughter here in a new installment (est. 4.16.20) of things that crack me up called, THE FUNNIES. Here is a spoonful of sugar for whatever ails you. And MANY THANKS to everyone who reads and responds. XO
THIS FRIDAY’S “FUNNIES” IS DEDICATED TO
THANKSGIVING
Maybe today, you’re having a hard time being thankful. Perhaps life has given you sour pickles instead of sweet cranberry sauce. Well, I hope a little bit of funny will bring a smile to your face. Because I read somewhere that when life is the hardest, we need laughter even more.
Let’s indulge in another slice of potato pie, while enjoying a few jokes on me along with some shopping advice.

So wellness was at the top of my list a couple of weeks ago as I suffered through more doctor’s appointments and surgical procedures on my legs. As a result, I moaned a little, squeezed the stress ball a lot, screamed aloud, and even shed a few tears. When it was over, I felt like this…

Some days feel like horrible.

I know moms who use doctors to get out of the house, as much as they use them to change their looks. (Here’s a Christmas gift idea.)

Speaking of gifts.
The day after Thanksgiving has become nothing more than a plot to take all our money, with phony markdowns on things that should have been the “Black Friday Sales Price” or less from the start.
Please don’t use retail therapy to make you feel better.

Eventually, I got out of my feelings and remembered I was supposed to be a good soldier. But it took a minute. And now I can laugh at myself and share my trials with you. I hope you got over yourself for at least a moment and laughed too.
Scripture says,
“The Lord is my strength and shield. I trust him with all my heart. He helps me, and my heart is filled with joy. I burst out in songs of thanksgiving.”
PSALM 28:7
There is someone waiting to help you with your burdens, and his name is Jesus.
BE HEALTHY! BE BLESSED & STAY SAFE THROUGHOUT THE HOLIDAYS!

And, don’t let your Black Friday = Broke Saturday
