Dear Reader,
Why not make it your business to work on yourself today?
I wish I had started earlier working on myself instead of nearly working myself into an early grave. But no one tells you that self-care skills, like proper nutrition, good sleep habits (including power naps), generosity, along with daily Bible studies, are the skills that make your life rich.
It’s as if this world saves all the good stuff for retirees. (And that’s assuming we make it to retirement age). In the meantime, we hustle and claim we enjoy it but inside we know hustling sucks: You never get enough sleep because your mind is always trying to think of what to do next, how to impress the boss, or you’re plotting about when to crush your competition. Plus you never have enough time with the people you love when you’re hustling, and when you do you’re cranky because you haven’t slept and mind won’t stop working.
I’d much rather live my life on a beach with a good book surrounded by other healthy people doing amazing things to change the world for the better.
But no one tell us, “Work hard at your job and you can make a living. Work hard on yourself and you can make a fortune,” when we are in college or starting our careers.
So I’m telling you now. It is time to invest in YOU. One way is by taking the 21 day Challenge to Your Best Life Yet. https://reallyleah.com/shop/. The value outweighs the nominal fee and the simple packaging.
Many thanks to Jim Rohn for the quote and many thanks to you for reading.
I hope you make the wise choice Because we need a better world. 🙏🏽🌎❤️ We need less stressed out, drugged up people striving to make a living when we they could be living peacefully with purpose.
Sincerely,-
Leah
