SHORT AND SWEET #12: AFFIRMATIONS FOR SUCCESS

Today, I salute all the Ladies in Business and Leadership.

If you are a daughter of the King of Kings and you are providing goods and services, then lift your head high and continue to thrive. Know that we are not impostors. We are Innovators and what we have to offer makes the world a much better place to live.

Often our path is a solitary one because we do not fit in with most of our predecessors, but I believe we can do three things to flourish despite those challenges:

  1. We can teach those who are willing to learn,
  2. We can make space for another’s skills and abilities (especially frequently marginalized women)
  3. We can stay focused on the reason we have been elevated into our positions and roles.

God is a God of plenty and there is strength from heaven. Only fear teaches us to think otherwise. So, ladies, wear your crown with grace, and let’s run our appointed race.

These are my affirmations for success today.

There is a need for what I have to offer.

Therefore, I won’t slack up. I will shine.

I will stay focused and finish what I started.

I am not an impostor. I am an INNOVATOR!
